Book Release function on 21st March 2007
On the occasion of Sri Swamiji's visit to Hyderabad for the 'Sarvajit Ugadi' festival, we conducted an impressive function on 21st March 2007 in which three major events took place.
1. The revised website of I-SERVE (www.serveveda.org) is commissioned by Pujya Sri Swamiji.
2. A small book by name "Chituku Chiktsalu" written in Telugu by Dr. M. Paramkusha rao, Asst. Professor, Sri Venkateswara Ayurvedic College, Tirupati was released by Pujya Sri Swamiji. The specialty of the book is that the limitations to simple self medication methods of Ayurvedic system have been discussed here for the first time in Telugu and this booklet is appreciated by many Ayurvedic experts.
3. Book distribution ceremony to gift the poetic work written by Sri Swamiji "Navayuganiki Navya Kavita" to all the government libraries of Andhra Pradesh is conducted.
Along with the above, Dr.Medasani Mohan, the first ever Pancha Sahasravadhani of Telugu literature, was befittingly felicitated in this function.
"Goda Gitamulu written by Dr. Dhara Radha Krishna Mruthy, "Bhakti Bhava Gita Vichikalu" by Sri. Bh.Narayana Sastry and "Intinti Vaidyam" by Dr. I. Ramakrishna, were also released in this function.
Sri Swamiji Visits I-SERVE office.
Both Pujya Sri Swamiji and Sri Bala Swamiji (Sri Datta Vijayananda Teertha Swamiji) have blessed the premises of I-SERVE with their presence on 22nd March 2007. They have specially blessed all the staff and the volunteer doctors serving the free Ayurvedic Clinic.
