A Report on the inauguration of Tirupati Chapter of I-SERVE

We are happy to inform our members that the office of the second chapter of I-SERVE was opened on 6th July, 2010 at Tirupati. Tiruapti is a small town, where seven renowned Universities, namely Sri Venkateswara University, Sri Padmavati Mahila University (Women University), Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (Deemed University), Sri Venkateswara University of Veterinary Sciences, Sri Venkateswara Vedic University,Rashtritya Sanskrit University and a wing of the NGR Agricultural University- are functioning under the pious umbrella of the Lord of seven hills, Sri Venkateswara. Apart from this, there are Universities in the near by places like Nellore, Kuppam, Cuddapah, etc. Tirupati is
geographically close to the Chennai also.

Thus, this is a special place where so many Vedic, Sanskrit and scientific scholars are co-living and co-working so close to each other, which is very vital for the progress of the research activities of I-SERVE. Hence I-SERVE thought it fit to open a chapter here and has been working in this direction since several months.

It is now decided to conduct a National Conference on “Vedic Sciences in the perspective of Modern Sciences” at Tiruapti in September 2010, in collaboration with S.V. University,Tirupati, during which the Tirupati Chapter of I-SERVE will be officially inaugurated. As a prelude to that and to facilitate the arrangements of the said conference, the office premises of the chapter was opened on 6th July 2010. The address of the chapter is -
